4. Intellectual property

The MemeForge name, website design, code, branding, and original site content are owned by or licensed to Meme Forge. You may not copy, reproduce, sell, or redistribute them without permission, except where permitted by law.

5. User-created material

You retain ownership of your original material, subject to the rights of any third parties. MemeForge does not claim ownership of images you create locally through the basic editor.

6. No guarantee of availability

We try to keep the website available and functioning correctly, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, compatibility with every device or browser, or permanent availability of any feature.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MemeForge and its operator are not liable for losses, damages, claims, or consequences arising from your use of, inability to use, reliance on, or sharing of content from this website.
